We totally understand how frustrating it can be to find an item out of stock. As a small, family-owned business, we work hard to offer a wide and unique selection of puzzles. Since we’re still growing, we’re only able to purchase smaller quantities from our suppliers at a time. This helps us keep our collection diverse and fresh, but it also means that some of our most popular items can sell out quickly.
We're constantly working to restock customer favorites and bring in exciting new puzzles as often as we can. If there’s a specific puzzle you're looking for, feel free to let us know — we’d be happy to give you an update or let you know when it’s back in stock.
We sell puzzles from over 100 different brands that are manufactured all over the world — China, United States, France, Turkey and more! Click the "Chat" button in the lower right corner to ask us where a specific puzzle is manufactured.
It depends on the puzzle manufacturer. Please double check the puzzle description on our website to see if it includes a poster or not.
Since we stock puzzles from 100 different brands, the restock date will vary for each. If the puzzle is still listed on our website, it will likely be restocked soon (unless it is sold out by the manufacturer). We offer a few options to help with these requests:

To only see puzzles with all unique pieces, use the filter in the collection list to select "Random" under "Cut Type".
Send us an email with your order number and a picture of your almost-completed puzzle to orders@puzzledly.com. Please make sure that the image is clear enough for us to see which piece(s) need to be replaced.
We will use this information to open a support claim with the manufacturer for your puzzle. They may be able to provide a piece replacement or reimbursement. Missing piece replacement is not guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to help!
It depends on who manufactured your puzzle and if a perfect replacement piece is available for your puzzle. In most cases, a replacement piece will be provided to you within 2 weeks.
Puzzledly ships worldwide! USA orders over $85 receive free ground shipping. For orders outside of the USA, enter your shipping address at checkout to see shipping costs. Taxes and duties may be applied at checkout.

Please email us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number as soon as you realize your mistake. We may be able to update the shipping address before the order is fulfilled. This is not guaranteed since we do ship orders very quickly (typically within 24 hours).
If your order has already been shipped and has the wrong shipping address, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-route.
If an order is returned to us by the mailing carrier due to an incorrect shipping address, we will refund that order (minus the cost of shipping) as soon as we receive the package. You will receive an email notification about the refund when it is processed. If you would like to arrange reshipment to a different address, please email us at orders@puzzledly.com to schedule it.
To update or cancel your order, please email us ASAP at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and request. We can not guarantee that these changes can be made after the order is placed. Once the order is fulfilled (picked up by the carrier), we can not make any changes.
Puzzledly accepts returns of unopened products purchased from puzzledly.com within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

You will need your order number & email address used at the time of placing the order. We can provide you with a return shipping label for $10, which is deducted from your refund. You can arrange your own return shipping as well.
Please contact us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and pictures of the defects so we can help you with a replacement. To avoid delays, DO NOT create a return in our return portal. Emailing us is the only way to resolve this issue.
Please allow up to 1 week of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. Refunds will be applied to the payment method (original or store credit) selected when the return was created.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can start a return and select "Store Credit" as the refund method — which can be used as the payment method for a new order.

We can provide you with a return shipping label for $10, which is deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit, which can be used to create a new order.
Some puzzle manufacturers do not shrink wrap their puzzle boxes so that does not mean that it is a used puzzle. If the puzzle pieces are not contained inside a bag in the puzzle box, this may mean that it has been used. Please contact us at orders@puzzledly.com with your order number and details on the issue so we can assist.

In order to access your rewards, you need to have an active Puzzledly account.
Once you are logged into your account, you can access the Rewards portal by clicking on the "Rewards" button in the left hand corner of your screen. You will be able to track your points & redeem them in there.
To redeem your reward points, you need to log into your Puzzledly account. You can do so by clicking on the "Rewards" button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
