Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on all of our products.

All we ask is that returned items must be unopened and returned with its original packaging within 90 days of purchase.

Return shipping costs for buyer's remorse are not refundable. We can supply you with a return shipping label or you can provide your own. If you choose to use a shipping label from Puzzledly, $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping label cost.

Return shipping cost will not be charged on returns due to damage or seller mistake. Please contact us directly at orders@puzzledly.com regarding damaged puzzles.
