Waxy, but good quality puzzle overall
This was my second puzzle by this brand, the first being 99 pieces. The images have so much personality to them and it was like doing 12 little puzzles which made it fun and easy to sort. I didn't have any issues with false fits, but I did find the pieces to be a bit loose-fitting when trying to move sections. It certainly was not the worst I've seen though. The pieces also have a waxy film on them, which I did personally find to be a bit bothersome to the touch. (I didn't notice that on my 99 piece puzzle). Still, it's a good quality puzzle and I enjoyed putting these little artsy dogs together. I do recommend it.
